Hint: heart, brain, skin, happiness

This one by Cocoa Parlor, a dark vegan cacao bar molded with cashews like foliated metamorphic rock.
The highest quality and most flavorful bricks come from Theobroma cacao trees which are quickly diminishing. Don't fret yet, a solution is already in the works Heirloom Cacao preservation is already in progress with heirloom chocolate farmers harvesting this cacao beans at orgin.
Be aware, there is a chocolatier's movement slated as 'bean to bar'. Get involved.
For my localists; I look for craft chocolate bars melted near with beans sourced ethically.
