This time of year, she featured in every cheese market because of the vibrant fall Orange glow.

Hard, the tiniest bit salty, butter, and nut kind of taste of cheese.

It's a difficult cheese to open so we arrange them in triangle cut slices when included in our Traditionalist grazing boxes.
